Test chat
Test assistant sits beside your assistant’s Configure, Knowledge and Actions tabs. Ask what your customers ask, and it replies as your assistant.- Replies use everything you’ve taught it so far, exactly as customers would get them. Each reply shows which sources it used.
- Live information checks really ask your system.
- If it would pass the chat to your team, nobody is told. A test never hands over to anyone.
- Nothing is saved, and test chats never count as conversations.
- To start a new test chat, press the restart button beside the message box.
Each test reply uses credits, like a reply to a customer. A business can get
up to 60 test replies a day. After that, try again tomorrow, or test from your
chat page.
